Luna - Granite
DIMENSIONS, DESCRIPTION AND WARNINGS
DIMENSIONS:
The diameter of our Luna series earrings is 4 cm and the main body of the earring is 2 mm thick.
WARNINGS:
Since our designs are colorful products, the products can be seen as light or dark in different lights and backgrounds. Therefore, our photographs were taken in different backgrounds and lights to suit this.
EXPLANATION:
thecolourfully designs are unique as they are individually handcrafted and may have their own individual variations.
Our designs are made with the clay's own color, without using paint.
The main body of the earring is made of polymer clay. Hypoallergenic steel material is used in the earring pin and intermediate devices.
The anti-allergic silicone earring back that surrounds the earring nail prevents the earring nail from sinking into your ear.
You can use your products for many years without letting them come into contact with creams, perfumes and water containing chemicals.
Polymer clay is a dough that hardens with heat and there may be differences in its texture when it is heated again. Therefore, do not expose it to excessive heat.
It does not shrink or expand. The products are resistant to water, impact and falling from heights.
Our designs are completely handmade and do not contain carcinogenic or toxic substances. They are safe for children and pets.
You can prevent metal accessories from oxidizing through air by storing your product in a closed box when not in use.
DELIVERY AND RETURN
DELIVERY:
We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Your purchase will be processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location and can range from 3-5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. If you have any shipping questions, please contact our customer support team.
RETURN:
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt. In order to be eligible for a return, the products must be undamaged and unused, and must be sent with their original packaging and invoice. Returns and exchanges without invoices are not accepted.
To initiate a return, please send your return/exchange request to support@thecolourfully.co with the order number of the relevant product. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your return and, if possible, issue a refund to your payment method within 7-10 business days.
